WCLPS Curriculum – English
At Willerby Carr Lane Primary School, English sits at the heart of everything we do. Through reading, writing and spoken language, children learn how to express themselves, share ideas and understand the world around them. Our approach helps children develop confidence and enjoyment in English, whether they are listening to stories, talking about their ideas, reading a range of texts or writing for different purposes.
